• Works well with acid and direct dyes, especially on protein and cellulosic fibers.

• Wool & Silk: 1–5%  (on weight of fabric)
• Cotton & Viscose: 2–10% 
• Synthetic Fabrics (Polyester, Nylon): 5–15% 
• Fixation Bath Concentration: 0.5–5 g/L depending on dye type
• pH Range: 2–4 (acidic environment enhances dye bonding)
• Temperature: 50–70°C for optimal fixation

Leather Tanning:

• Used to improve leather durability in chrome-free tanning      processes.

Mechanism of Action

• Forms crosslinks      with collagen fibers, improving strength.
• Enhances water      resistance and thermal stability.
• Reduces environmental impact      compared to chromium tanning

Tanning bath concentration: 5–15% 

• Pre-tanning & Retanning: 2–10%  (based on hide weight)
• Fixing  Agent for Vegetable Tanning: 5–15%
